Automatic service defeats the purpose of customer support

If I’m paying to use your service and equipment then you should have a REAL person to help me when I have a problem. It’s obviously not just MY computer that’s having problems but this creepy nice computer voice thinks that rebooting it will solve everything. Don’t you think I’ve tried that?! I need a drink.
