AT&T Uverse sucks

I’ve been on their wireless plan with my family for over 10 years and it’s great. I have unlimited Internet, my calls never drop, best service from their customer service staff. But Uverse is the worst. Adam and I pay 82$ a month (though in the beginning the “online special deal” said it would be 75$) for the family pack -phone. We have 100 channels…80 of them being paid programming and the rest are channels we don’t care for, and the highest speed Internet option they offer…but it’s the worst Internet service I’ve seen. My cheap local college wifi service was faster than this shit. So as I type this (on my phone that isn’t connected to the wifi), one of my cable boxes has quit working after 4 months of having, Netflix for PS3 won’t even load and I haven’t been able to play Warcraft in over a week. Adam was having trouble last night playing LoL and I’ll admit that my laptop is a piece of crap but his PC never has the problems mine does. So on my day off I’m going to be calling customer service and waste my time with them. Last time I called they accused me of identity fraud and I had to drive to a local AT&T store to show the confused sales rep my social and have him call them to tell them that I was who I said I am…they had the wrong file on screen and didn’t apologize for threatening to turn me in. We only have 2 months left on our contract and I’m not renewing. /rant
