If I’m paying to use your service and equipment then you should have a REAL person to help me when I have a problem. It’s obviously not just MY computer that’s having problems but this creepy nice computer voice thinks that rebooting it will solve everything. Don’t you think I’ve tried that?! I need a drink.
AT&T Uverse sucks
I’ve been on their wireless plan with my family for over 10 years and it’s great. I have unlimited Internet, my calls never drop, best service from their customer service staff.
